Congratulations to 2011 marathon winner Joseph Gray, a top USA Mountain Runner, who finished in a blazing time of 2:34! This was one of the fastest marathon times run in the state of Washington in 2011.

 Currently, Forterra (formerly Cascade Land Conservancy) is leading the charge to preserve a 7,000 acre block of land that is central in Puget Sound and represents a key piece in the String of Pearls vision.
